We’ll contribute up to £1,000 towards your insurance excess as our thank you for choosing M&D Building & Construction. Available when you instruct us to carry out all the works approved by your insurer.

How it works

If you’ve suffered an insured loss and are looking for a builder to carry out the reinstatement works, mention this voucher before signing your instruction with us. We’ll deduct up to £1,000 from the excess you’d otherwise pay us directly.

Terms and Conditions

1. We’ll contribute up to £1,000 towards your insurance excess as our thank you for choosing us.
2. Available when you instruct M&D Building & Construction (North East) Ltd to carry out all the works approved by your insurer.
3. Must be mentioned before signing your instruction — cannot be applied once works have already been instructed.
4. Applied as a deduction from the excess otherwise payable by you to M&D Building & Construction.
5. One voucher per claim.
6. Non-transferable.
7. No cash value.
8. Cannot be used with any other offer.
9. This offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time; the terms in force at the date of instruction apply.
10. Does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Offer valid until 31/12/2028.
